Session 1 – Foundation & Assessment (90 min)
We’ll explore your health history, digestion, and daily routines. Together we’ll identify your dosha and create the first steps toward balance.

Session 2 – Integration & Adjustment (60 min)
We’ll review your progress, refine your plan, and introduce deeper practices such as seasonal eating, herbs/spices, or meal timing.

Session 3 – Elevation & Long-Term Plan (60 min)
We’ll reflect on your progress, dive deeper into your unique needs, and create a sustainable toolkit you can carry forward.

  • Sessions are scheduled every 2 weeks to keep momentum fresh.

  • Light support is available between sessions for questions and check-ins.
