Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching - yoga & Breathwork

Ayurveda teaches that each body type (dosha), Vata, Pitta, or Kapha has different needs for balance. In this coaching package, yoga, breathwork, and wellness practices are personalized for your unique constitution, creating sessions that feel supportive and restorative for you. Whether it’s grounding movements, cooling practices, or energizing flows, each session is designed to help you reconnect with your body and calm the mind.

Unlike a one-size-fits-all class, this is coaching tailored to your whole self. Together, we’ll weave yoga, breath, and simple lifestyle tools into practices that align with your daily rhythms and support balance in body, mind, and spirit. These sessions are not just about poses , they are about creating a path of wellness that truly fits who you are.

🌙 What’s Included in Your 3 Sessions

Session 1 – Foundation & Assessment (75 min)
We’ll explore your dosha (body type), lifestyle, and current challenges. You’ll experience an introduction to personalized yoga and grounding breathwork designed to support your constitution.

Session 2 – Integration & Expansion (60 min)
We’ll refine your yoga and breath practices, introduce mindfulness or lifestyle tools that match your dosha, and explore grounding rituals to help you feel balanced in daily life.

Session 3 – Alignment & Long-Term Plan (60 min)
We’ll deepen the practices that work best for you and build a sustainable rhythm you can carry forward. You’ll leave with a personalized wellness toolkit that includes yoga, breathwork, and lifestyle practices unique to your body type.

  • Sessions are scheduled every 2 weeks to keep momentum fresh.

  • Light support is available between sessions for questions and check-ins.

3 payments of $109 (every 2 weeks) may be arranged if needed.
