Herbs: Elderberry Schisandra Berries, Mugwort. Rhodiola Root, Reishi Mushroom. Solvents: Spring water, alcohol. * Alcohol alternative available per request*

Suggested Use: Take 1-2 dropperfuls 1-2 times daily. Add to tea, water, juice or take directly. Shake well before use. General use: Use for 4-6 weeks, then take 1-2weeks off before continuing. Long Term: Use for up to 3 months, then take 1 month off before resuming.

Natural Sediments:
