Herbs: Bobinsana Leaf, Cat’s Claw, Ginkgo, Rhodiola Root, Mugwort, Passionflower, Yarrow, Rose, Milk Thistle, Elderflower

Suggested Use: Use about 2 teaspoons of the loose-leaf blend per day. Add herbs to 1 cup of hot water. Cover and steep 5 to 7 minutes to allow the herbs to fully infuse. Strain and enjoy.
